One of the newer options available to prospective clients is a choice of planning, surveying, and consultancy, in addition to our typical design services. We understand the impact a well scoped and pre-planned project can have on its overall success; both from a commercial and safety critical point of view. Whilst definitely not a requirement for all jobs, we’ve come to find that on many of our larger scale remedial projects, existing structural information available to tendering contractors can be either non-existent, or somewhat lacking in overall accuracy against the final built product.
